We are writing to share an important update about our Regional Operations structure—an evolution that reflects our continued commitment to delivering exceptional care to clients and strengthening our partnership with you.
To better align our team with the needs of the business in real time, we are centralizing our Regional Team. Moving forward, Regional Associates (RAs) and Shift Leads (SLs) will no longer be assigned to specific regions but will instead operate as a unified, national team.
This shift is grounded in feedback from many of you, emphasizing the need for more consistent and timely support across markets and throughout the day. Centralizing our operations will enable us to:
Align staffing more closely with demand, ensuring the right support is available when and where it’s needed
Standardize workflows to reduce process variation across regions
Deliver more consistent, high-quality service
Scale more efficiently as we grow
Our focus remains clear: to provide timely, reliable support to clients, Care Pros, and to you—our valued partners.
As part of this transition, we’re also making several leadership changes to enhance cross-functional collaboration and position our team for long-term success:
Mareike Perez will be transitioning from her role as Regional Director for the Central Region into a newly created role: Director of Business Resiliency. In this role, she will focus on developing systems and tools for emergency preparedness, ensuring we maintain operational continuity during natural disasters and system disruptions. With over a decade of home care experience and seven years at Honor, Mareike brings deep expertise and a steadfast commitment to delivering on our promise, even in the face of uncertainty.

As we move to a unified structure, we will now be led by two Directors across national operations: Heather Winder and Mollie Raaum.
Heather has spent over seven years at Honor, holding key roles across operations including Client Manager, Market Manager, RGM, and Director. She brings a tireless dedication to clients and a strong track record of partnering with local teams to elevate the care experience.
Mollie joined Honor over five years ago as a Client Manager and has since supported large markets as an RGM and Director. Her analytical rigor and drive for continuous improvement have helped many teams excel on the Care Platform.
We are in the final stages of aligning Regional General Managers under this new leadership structure. If your market is impacted, either Heather or Mollie will reach out directly to ensure a smooth transition. Additionally, if Mareike has been your point of contact, she will be introducing you to your new Director in the coming week.
Thank you, as always, for your continued partnership. We’re excited about this next chapter and grateful for the work you do each day to support clients and Care Pros. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
