As a reminder, one of Honor’s priorities this year is to enable VA benefits on the Care Platform. We are happy to share that we have welcomed our first VA clients with our pilot territory participants earlier this month, and we remain on track to enable broader availability during the second half of the year.
As explained during our HIPAA Info Sessions last month, all Care Platform Owners and Key Players will be required to complete a ~30min training course as we operate as a Covered Entity under HIPAA. This training will launch during the first week of June on the Activated Insights learning management system. Please be on the lookout for email alerts when the training launches on Monday, June 2.
The deadline to complete this training is June 30. If you are having trouble accessing the training or if you need to create an Activated Insights account for a new team member, please submit a ticket at help.homeinstead.com. If you need additional support, please reach out to your Platform Success Partner or Franchise Business Consultant.
