We understand that some franchise offices are experiencing unexpected delays in receiving orders from Ideal Images, including orders of Care Pro polos and name badges. We wanted to explain the reasons behind these delays and to assure you that we are taking steps to prevent similar issues in the future.

Factors contributing to product delays include:

  • The Home Instead rebrand: many franchise offices ordered new branded materials at the same time, which contributed to unusually high demand and faster inventory depletion. In addition, the transition to the new logo and color palette has had a slight impact on order fulfillment timelines as vendors adapt their production processes. 

  • Holiday impacts: manufacturing schedules and overseas shipping were disrupted by the holiday season, particularly Chinese New Year.  

To improve order fulfillment, Ideal Images has shifted to temporarily sourcing some materials from vendors with more readily available inventory. In addition, with the rebrand complete, Ideal Images now has the most current design files and specifications on hand, which should help to minimize production delays. 

Care Pro Welcome Kits

We know there is an especially urgent need for Care Pro welcome kits, including Care Pro polos and name badges. Backordered polos and name badges were scheduled to begin shipping last week, and Ideal Images expects to be caught up on outstanding orders in the next several weeks.
